Spread over 7-acres on the main GT Road, Sahibabad, PLS has well-equipped shops for Fabrication and Assembly. The plant at Sahibabad has all the required facilities to carry out critical steel cutting (CNC Plasma cutting machines from Meusser / Essab, Germany), CNC Pipe Bending, machining, MIG welding, shot blasting and painting activities.

We have all the required testing facilities for ensuring that each product delivered by us meets all the required industrial quality standards along with the expectations of our customers. Such facilities include Test Rigs developed in-house for Boom Testing and Hydraulic Power Packs for testing cylinders and other hydraulic components. Our mobile cranes conform to IS 4573

• Rainwater harvesting– to ensure that we conserve as much water as possible. We collect rainwater and make it usable for manufacturing and gardening purposes.
• Hydrant tanks – to ensure that we offer immediate help in case of a fire emergency anywhere in our vicinity.
• Underground diesel storage – to ensure minimum spillage of diesel oil that may otherwise cause land pollution.
